RISA aims to support, coordinate, and administer adult soccer. Its mission includes developing policies and best practices to enhance the growth of players, team representatives, coaches, teams, leagues, and tournaments within the adult soccer community. RISA is responsible for providing players with opportunities for state and national competitions, as well as fostering player development for higher-level competitions. Additionally, RISA promotes physical fitness and supports the training and licensing of referees. It will ensure compliance with the requirements set by USASA, USSF, and FIFA, adhering to their rules, regulations, statutes, decisions, directives, and policies.
